Break the cycle
of back pain.

Understand why you hurt.
Learn movements to address your problem.
Find your freedom.

No one should rely on drugs or therapy to move without pain. But if you’re experiencing a spinal problem, it’s easy to get stuck in a cycle of addressing symptoms: Taking advil or muscle relaxers. See a chiropractor. Go to physical therapy. Get an epidural injection.

Those are good things. And they work. Until they don’t.

Illinois Spinal and Sports Rehabilitation is a Naperville, Illinois practice with a difference. We do more than treat pain: We help you learn the tools to be able to treat your condition yourself often with simple strategies you can use every day.

That’s it.

MDT is sometimes known as the McKenzie Method. Whether your treatment includes chiropractic, massage or other forms of therapy, it will always be designed around these three steps.
